The Infield Turf Suites are our only suite experience in the infield and the only temporary suites on site. The unique position just inside the turf track near the finish line brings guests breathtakingly close to the thunderous racing action and the excitement of post-race celebrations in the Winners’ Circle. These fully-outfitted suites allow unobstructed views of the Clubhouse and Grandstand while offering private accommodations for large groups. Additionally, these suites offer exclusive transportation from the parking lot.

These upscale open-concept suites offer a modern experience for race viewing, and are positioned right at the Starting Gate of the racetrack, elevated above the Grandstand.

The Jockey Club Suites celebrate the excitement behind the sport of horseracing in a casual atmosphere positioned in the homestretch of the racetrack, perched up beside the TwinSpires. The setting makes for fantastic photo opportunities both in the common areas, filled with natural light, and on the balconies, overlooking the Spires and the track.

General Admission tickets to the Kentucky Derby and Oaks include an Oaks/Derby program and access to the infield, where you can bring your own chair or picnic blanket and watch the races from the world’s largest 4K video board.

Positioned alongside the final stretch of the racetrack, the Winner’s Circle Suites are adjacent to the Winner’s Circle and the Paddock Runway with unmatched proximity to racing action and our champion Thoroughbred athletes. Suites are situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse and accommodate up to 18 guests. Kentucky Oaks day availability is extremely limited, and these Suites are not available for Kentucky Derby day.

The traditional Finish Line Suites offer a classic country club ambiance with deep wood tones and subdued lighting. This highly-coveted area is situated just above the Finish Line on the 5th Floor and offering a limited number of exclusive private suites with en-suite restrooms, coupled with balcony access directly adjacent to the TwinSpires.

Matt Winn’s Steakhouse is our fine dining offering with a 7-coursed, curated menu complimented by a luxury bar experience in a traditionally elegant dining room with a relaxed ambiance. This culinary-focused experience honors its namesake Matt Winn, the celebrated former president of the racetrack that brought a sense of grandeur back to racing in the first half of the 20th Century.

The Woodford Reserve Paddock Club & Enclosure is an equine enthusiast’s dream, offering rare access into the Paddock, coupled with views directly into the Paddock stalls; this space offers the opportunity to watch the races railside, seconds before the finish line alongside contenders’ connections.

With its unique position under the iconic TwinSpires, The Spires Terrace & Suites offers a dual view of the racetrack and Paddock area. This allows guests to enjoy both the racing action as well as the pre-race preparations. See and be seen in the open-air excitement of the 3rd Floor Clubhouse and Turf Terrace with the benefit of a private, luxury setting.

First Turn Reserved Seating allows guests to enjoy the famous, media-worthy angle of the Kentucky Derby Walkover, where contenders and their connections parade along the track from the barn area to the Paddock prior to the big race. Guests can enjoy expansive views of the whole track from the 2nd and 3rd level.

Grandstand box seats are typically groups of 6 padded fold-down seats on the third level of the facility. Boxes are located outdoors, overlooking the dirt and turf racetracks, and along the finishing stretch.

Grandstand bleachers are located outdoors on the first and second level of the facility and overlook the dirt and turf racetracks. Grandstand seats are purchased individually, by the seat, in quantities of six (6) tickets or less, per household.

Clubhouse box seats are typically groups of 6 padded fold-down seats on the first, second and third level of the facility. Boxes are located outdoors, overlooking the dirt and turf racetracks, and sit directly parallel with the finishing stretch.

The Turf Bleachers are located outdoors on the ground level of the Infield and overlook the dirt and turf racetracks, facing the Grandstand and Homestretch Club. Turf Bleacher guests have access to the Frontside and Paddock areas. Seats are purchased individually, by the seat, in quantities of six (6) tickets or less, per household.

Sports Illustrated’s Club SI, provides a luxurious, equine-focused dining experience offering an immersive view of the all-new Paddock and Paddock Runway giving guests unparalleled behind-the-scenes experiences; this space offers the opportunity to watch the races on the rail just a few sections before the Finish Line. The interior design of Club SI will showcase iconic Sports Illustrated magazine covers, editorial featuring past Kentucky Derby races. Each year, celebrity ambassadors will act as hosts for Club SI during Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks for a premium race day experience.

The Stakes Room blends 150 years of tradition with a fresh and contemporary atmosphere that celebrates a storied past and spectacular future for Churchill Downs. The oval-shaped bar in the Stakes Tavern is designed in the shape of the track, complete with pole markings. This area caters to the horsemen and distinguished guests that carry on the legacy of horseracing.

This upscale open-concept dining area located within the Starting Gate Suite tower offers a modern experience for race viewing and provides indoor dining options for 8 guests.

This covered, open-air dining space offers views from the 7th floor overlooking the Starting Gate and Final Turn of the racetrack, elevated above the Grandstand. Guests on the rooftop will be able to gaze at an authentic panoramic view of Louisville while enjoying access to several upscale bars and food offerings in a cozy yet party-like atmosphere.

Sunny’s Halo is an open-air hospitality lounge with a direct view of the racetrack. Located in the 3rd Floor of the Grandstand Pavilion, guests will have a fabulous view of the Starting Gate of the race as well as the Final Turn of the track. The seating is sold through the Derby Experience exclusively.

The Wicker Garden is a rooftop lounge space that features foliage and dynamic views near the Starting Gate of the racetrack and of guests arriving on Central Avenue below. Each grouping seats up to 35 guests in a variety of outdoor soft seating.

Skye Terrace offers three floors of interior dining space directly above the Clubhouse after the finish line. The elongated layout ensures that every dining guest is close to the windows facing the track and has easy access to the covered outdoor terrace for viewing. This nostalgic wing of Churchill Downs is adjacent to the infamous Millionaire’s Row.

Located on the second floor of the Clubhouse, this premium indoor dining space offers an all-inclusive experience to enjoy TV coverage of the races with amenities like mutuel lines and bars conveniently located nearby.

Millionaires Row, perhaps the most famous dining experience at Churchill Downs. Enjoy the spacious indoor dining area or step out onto the covered terrace to watch the races from the fourth level overlooking the track.

This outdoor Paddock-facing dining area offers a captivating experience. Experience the close-up view of jockeys’ silks, revealing vibrant colors and intricate designs, as they stride through this area on their way towards the Paddock.
